Object No. 38. - Beam bowl
This tray was inspired by the wear of wood by intense use, creating organic forms and exposing it’s grain. It was made from a piece of lumber, that by exposure of fire on one spot burns away and creates an indent.
The char is brushed off and the piece is coated with oil.
Material: Pine, Boiled linseed oil.
Tools used: Miter saw, fire, hammer No.X, punchletters.
