Tool used for slicing lumps of clay and sculpting by cutting.
This tool was made to experiment with sculpting clay by taking material away instead of adding. It is made from juniper tree branch foraged in a forest next to a watermill in Sweden, it was selected for this use. The brass hardware comes from old electrical appliances from the watermill.
Material: Metal wire, juniper wood, brass hardware from electrical components.
Tools used: Axe, Japanese saw, card scraper, chisel. Drill, drill bit, pliers.
